  11. I've got an AT&T vcos modem in Windows 95, trying to use dial-up networking
  12. to establish a ppp connection. Almost without fail, a pingable connection
  13. will be established, then disconnect 45-60 seconds later. I've checked
  14. just about every imaginable setting in Windows, including the 
  15. setting for the modem to "disconnect if not connected in x seconds" (it
  16. is not checked on). Any ideas, suggestions, help?
